French access rental company Joly Location has taken delivery of a new 24 metre Versalift VTX240 truck mounted lift

The Versalift VTX 24 stows neatly behind the cab

The new machine is mounted on a 3.5 tonne Mercedes chassis, its three section telescopic riser and three section boom stow below the overall height of the cab keeping the overall height of the lift at just over 2.3 metres. The unit has up to 12.5 metres of outreach at an up & over height of 11 metres, with 80kg platform capacity, or can take its maximum 200kg platform capacity to nine metres.

The specification includes an end mounted platform, 180 degrees of platform rotation power to the platform and automatic variable outrigger set up and range control.

Maximum outreach is almost 12.5 metres with one person

Joly is based in Couternon near Dijon an runs a fleet of mostly Ruthmann truck mounted lifts up to 72 metres and spider lifts up to 40 metres.
