Boom truck overturn in Texas
A boom truck overturned on a highway in Beaumont Texas on Saturday night while installing new overhead gantry beams.
The crane boom came down onto two cars on US 69 near Lucas in Beaumont. Police say that at least three people were taken to hospital with injuries.

The overturned boom truck
The Texas Department of Transport said that a sub-contractor was working on a ramp-reversal project when the crane overturned. It took down power lines and shut down the freeway for more than four hours. It is now investigating what went wrong.
The photos that we have been sent are too poor a quality to shed any light on the cause.
