Genie launches Z-62/40 Trax
Genie has launched a number of new options for its 62ft Z-62/40 articulated boom lift, including a Trax crawler version.
The new Z-62/40 Trax is equipped with the company’s rubber tracked wheel units which offer traditional front wheel steering with a 30 degree steer angle. Each triangular shaped track assembly can swivel 22 degrees up and down to follow undulating terrain and sharp changes in slope angles, such as the break-over angle found on most transport trailers. Maximum drive speed is 2.5 mph. A more powerful Tier 4F Deutz TD 2.9 diesel is also part of the Trax package.
