100t Terex for Duffy
Denver, Colorado, based Duffy Crane & Hauling has taken delivery of a new 100 tonne Terex AC100/4L All Terrain crane.
The four-axle crane features a 60 metre main boom, a 10 to 19 metre bi-fold swingaway extension, 25 tonnes of counterweight and an overall width of 2.55 metres, even when equipped with the wider tyre option. The new crane went straight to work loading a large generator onto a waiting trailer.

Duffy is a family-owned company that has specialised in the lifting and transportation of overweight and oversized units since 1886.
President, Jeffrey Cummings said: “Our new AC 100/4L fills a niche in the marketplace. After extensive research, we determined this crane was the best multi-purpose, two-man crane for our needs and the only non-curfew unit with a 60 metre boom. This saves us a lot of prep time because we don’t have to send it out in advance of a job and then spend time waiting for a job to start. The combination of the crane’s reach and over-the-road travel performance lowers our operating costs, and that translates into cost savings for our customers.”
