New UK sales manager for Genie

Genie has appointed John Chandler as regional sales manager for the UK and Ireland. Based in Grantham and report to Jacco de Kluijver, vice president of sales & marketing.

Chandler will be responsible for national Genie customer accounts in the UK and Ireland, while managing the UK sales team. He will also be responsible for appointing a new territory sales & distributor network manager for Southern UK.

He joined Genie in 2013, having previously worked for HSS and Hewden followed by Strategic accounts manager at Wolsely.

“I am particularly delighted that John has accepted this regional sales management position,” said de Kluijver. “Having exceeded in his role as national account manager for the past three years, I have every confidence that he will add value to the Genie proposition by guiding our sales team with excellence to help our customers achieve the returns on investment that their business relies on.”
