Sales manager for Rayco Wylie

Crane overload manufacturer Rayco Wylie Systems has appointed Joel Francis as US sales manager.

Francis is based in Houston, Texas and joins the company from Load Systems International (LSI) – now a division of Trimble - where he worked for 10 years in a variety of roles, his most recent being US operations and marketing manager.

He began his career with LSI in 2006 - following almost 10 years as a sergeant in the US Marines - starting out as a repair technician in the service department, before becoming technical support manager. In 2009 he was promoted to international sales and operations director, and then he took on the role of general manager in 2013. In 2015 he returned to Houston and to take up his job as operations and marketing manager.
