Three lifts for Lifterz

UK based access rental company Lifterz has taken delivery of its eighth 60ft MEC 6092RT scissor lift, as well as a 15 metre Hinowa Lightlift 15.70 and a 17 metre Hinowa 17.75 spider lifts.

The diesel MEC 6092RT provides a working height of 20.5 metres, a platform length of 7.5 metres – with the dual decks extended, coupled with a 600kg platform capacity.

The Hinowa 15.70 has an outreach of 6.6 metres at up and over heights of up to 10 metres, and has a platform capacity of 230kg, whilst the 17.75 offers up to 7.5 metres of outreach with a platform capacity of 230kg. The machines were all supplied by APS and join other recent spider lift additions including the 26 metre Hinowa 26.14 Lithium and 20 metre 20.10 models.

Lifterz's new 17 metre Hinowa 17.75 spider lift

Lifterz spider lift division manager Liam Stericker said: “Both our operators and customers really like the Hinowa product because of the ease of use and commonality of controls.”

Lifterz has a fleet of around 970 machines spread over its depots in Yorkshire, Lancashire and the East Midlands. Recently the company has focused more of its efforts on the high reach/drive at full height, scissor lift market.
