Terex Explorer for Jaromin
German crane rental company Autokran-Dienst Jaromin has taken delivery of a 130 tonne Terex Explorer 5500 All Terrain crane.
The five axle crane has a 60 metre main boom with a 11 to 21 metre bi-fold swingaway extension, which can offset up to 40 degrees. A 12 metre insert can also be used to extend that to 33 metres. The new machine brings the total of Terex cranes in Jaromin's fleet to five.

General manager Olaf Jaromin said: “Together with the asymmetrical outrigger configuration and fine-tuned partial counterweight options and the IC-1 Plus control system makes it possible to have just the right lifting capacity for each individual project. That enables us to take fewer counterweights with us – and sometimes none at all – for many construction site projects.”
