Positive Conexpo for Terex Cranes

Terex Cranes has reported strong order intake for All Terrain, crawler and tower cranes at this year's Conexpo.

Belgian-based Aertssen Machinery Service ordered a Demag CC 2400-1 crawler crane. Tony Nuyts, general manager of Aertssen completed the deal with Terex Cranes president Steve Filipov.

Five Demag AC cranes were purchased by John Sutch Cranes based in Liverpool, UK. Hayley Sutch-Ware and Mike Fitton of John Sutch Cranes were on the stand to sign the order for one Demag AC 220-5, two AC 60-3 and two used Challenger 3160s.

Long standing Demag customer Arabian Consolidated Trading based in Saudi Arabia ordered two 300 tonne Demag AC 300-6 All Terrain cranes.

Florida-based Beyel Brothers Crane and Rigging has purchased the first US AC 500-8 with Tier 4 engine through Terex Cranes distributor for the south east Renegar Driggers. The company also recently bought two Explorer 5500s, one Explorer 5600 and one AC 100/4L.

Renegar Driggers also completed the deal with White Crane for a AC 350-6.

And finally after ordering two SK 415-20 tower cranes earlier in the week, P & J Arcomet came back and bought a third.
