Demag crawler for Chile

Chilean crane rental company Gruas Maule has ordered a 650 tonne Demag CC 3800-1 lattice boom crawler crane.

The CC3800-1 can lift its maximum capacity at 12 metres radius and take 110 tonnes to a height of 120 metres. The crane was ordered through local distributor Trex, which is headquartered in Concepción, central Chile. The new Demag crawler will carry out its debut lift at a mine site in Antofagasta, northern Chile, in January.
