Sennebogen 673 for UK

UK civil engineer, groundworks and reinforced concrete specialist Moortown group has purchased a 70 tonne cSennebogen 673 telescopic crawler crane from UK distributor AGD Equipment. The crane has immediately gone to work on its first job helping with the construction of a new Hilton Hotel at Doncaster racecourse.

The 673R features a four section, 36 metre main boom and an eight to 15 metre bi-fold swingaway extension which can offset by up to 40 degrees. Features include telescoping track width which retracts to three metres, a tier IV engine and Sennebogen’s Sencon control and diagnostics system which offers a clear view of all operating parameters as well as the ability to fine-tune machine performance.

The crane was also supplied with additional equipment including two winches and Sennebogen’s Virtual Wall system on the LMI which can be programmed to restrict boom positions making it ideal for use alongside railways and motorways.
