Revived LHM 180 to Croatia

Croatian fertiliser manufacturer Petrokemija has taken delivery of a refurbished Liebherr LHM 180 mobile harbour crane.

The crane has a maximum capacity of 35 tonnes and an outreach of up to 35 metres, and will be used for bulk and general cargo handling in the port of Sibenik in southern Croatia.

The Liebherr maritime service plant, has been dedicated to refurbishment projects since 2015. The department carries out extensive renovation work on used models from the whole range of Liebherr maritime products. Activities extend from the repair and exchange of single parts and components to the complete overhaul of machines.

Overhauled Liebherr LHM 180 is now used for bulk and general cargo handling in the port of Sibenik

The LHM 180 was shipped from its former owner - the harbour of Figueira de Foz, Portugal - to Liebherr Rostock in April 2015. It has gone through extensive overhauls including the refurbishment of electrical parts, updates to the steel structures within the undercarriage, the superstructure frame and tower.
