The Access Alliance - the UK association of independent regional rental companies has held its first service managers meeting.

Jones said: “The Access Alliance service managers will now meet regularly so that as a group, we can continue to improve efficiency, health and safety awareness and standards. The Access Alliance has always been a close association offering a full national service from quality independents, and this new regular meeting will ensure that all our UK service managers work together to minimise machine downtime and offer the best service in the industry to our customers.”
“Also, by meeting together we can ensure we are always kept up to date by suppliers on new and future technologies, so we are already prepared for them on new machines before they arrive in our yards.”

Access Alliance chairman Tony Crawford added: “Often hidden behind the scenes, our service managers are crucial to delivering the high customer service levels the Access Alliance offers. Therefore, it was great to see so many of them together in one room exchanging ideas and discussing how best they can work together for our customers.”
