Michel Denis contract extended

The board of telehandler and aerial lift manufacturer Manitou has extended the contract of its chief executive Michel Denis for a further four year term. With the next review due at the Annual General Meeting of 2022.

President of the board Jacqueline Himsworth said: "We wish to thank Michel Denis for the work achieved since his arrival at Manitou in 2014. Over this period, the group has experienced a strengthening of its market position, improved profitability, accelerated innovation and the introduction of many new services. All these achievements enabled the group to be able to project with confidence and ambition for the continuation of this development for the future."

Denis added: “It is a great honour to continue to lead the development of Manitou. The work with the team of women and men of Manitou, our dealer network and our partners, allows us to offer products and solutions always more innovative and answering their needs."
