Cometto adds to sales team

Italian heavy transport – SPMT trailer manufacturer Cometto has appointed Joachim Kolb to its sales team.

Kolb has been active in the heavy haulage industry for around 20 years and was previously business development manager at Tii Sales, the division that handled all of the sales operations for Tii Group manufacturing companies Scheuerle, Nicolas, Kamas and Tiiger.

Since its takeover by the Faymonville group in 2017, Cometto has become the group specialist for the development and manufacture of heavy duty modules and Self Propelled Modular Transport units, handling loads up to 15,000 tonnes or more.

Kolb said: “We want to make a difference and in order to achieve this, I will contribute all of my experience in international sales.”
