Magnis for Uka + Hauke

German rental company Uka + Hauke has taken delivery of a number of Magni slab electric scissor lifts and telehandlers.

The scissor lifts include the 12ft ES0607E and the 39ft ES1412E. The ES0607E has a platform capacity of 240kg and weighs only 880kg, while the ES1412E has a 320kg capacity and weighs 2,910kg. The telehandlers ordered include the 17.5 metre/4,000kg RTH 4.18 Smart, the 21 metre/5,000 kg RTH 5.21 SH, and the 25 metre/5,000kg RTH 5.25 SH.

Uka + Hauke’s new scissor lifts

Managing director Helen Uka said: “Magni offers us a large product range with its aerial work platforms and telehandlers from 18 to 46 metres. We are convinced of the price performance ratio and keep increasing our rental park to meet the increased demand. The deciding factor was the availability of the electric scissor lifts and the telehandlers that Magni was able to deliver to us all within a short time.”

Magni Deutschland sales manager Alexander Reisch added: “Another large work platform rental company in Thuringia and Saxony chooses the innovative Magni machines. We stock over a dozen 360 degree telehandlers between 18 and 35 metres at our branch in Selm near Dortmund for immediate delivery, which is proving a big attraction for rental companies as it helps with their ability to react to last minute contracts.”

Established in 1992, Uka + Hauke is based in Sömmerda, central Germany, and has other depots in Gotha, Chemnitz and Dresden. Its rental fleet includes over 400 boom lifts, scissor lifts, trailer lifts, truck mounted platforms and telehandlers.
