Hybeko moves into Sweden

Norwegian aerial lift dealer Hybeko has acquired Swedish access sales company Liftexperten

Based in Gothenburg, Liftexperten was established in 2016 and is an authorised Genie dealer, with annual revenues of SK40 million (€3.7 million) and five employees, all of whom will remain with the company.

Hybeko chief executive Espen Johannessen said: "We are very pleased with this acquisition, which is a natural part of Hybeko’s strategic development. Sweden is a very interesting market, and the two companies will benefit from synergy effects related to customers, product portfolio and knowledge.”

“Liftexperten will be an independent subsidiary of Hybeko. Our goal is to continue positive development, and to establish a complete nationwide organisation.”
