Verton adds European managers
Australian technical lifting and rotation management specialist Verton has appointed Craig Millis as general manager Europe and Hefin Evans as European engineering and project manager.
Millis will oversee the company's expansion and partnerships in the UK and the rest of Europe. He joins Verton from supply chain and logistics company GRA, where he has been director for the past three years. Prior to that he was transformation lead at Origin Energy.
He began his career in 1998 as a senior manager at professional services company Accenture, before moving onto materials producer Rio Tinto as manager of business systems projects. A year later he relocated to Montreal, Canada as director of business integration, before moving back to Brisbane, Australia and joining Origin Energy four years later in 2014.

Craig Millis
Welsh born Evans joins Verton from electronics manufacturer Hetech, where he has been engineering manager since the start of the year. He began his career in 2010 as an electronics consultant at technology services company Sagentia, before being appointed systems engineer at Domino Printing in 2016. After two years with Domino, he moved onto his role as engineering manager at Hetech.
