Four Liebherr’s for Crane Hire

Irish crane rental company Crane Hire Ltd has taken delivery of a 450 tonne Liebherr LTM 1450-8.1 All Terrain crane and the first of three 230 tonne Liebherr LTM 1230-5.1 All Terrain cranes it has on order.

The five axle LTM 1230-5.1 features a 75 metre telescopic boom and a 39 metre luffing jib, along with Liebherr’s VarioBase outrigger set up and VarioBallast variable counterweight systems. The eight axle crane can travel complete with its 85 metre main boom, outriggers and winch within 12 tonne axle loads.

Managing director, Jarlath O Leary, said: “We are delighted with these latest of many new Liebherr cranes we have acquired in order to provide our customers with market leading equipment, which is perfectly aligned with our own philosophy on service and standards.”
