Liebherr goes back to school
Liebherr Great Britain has opened a new mobile crane training school at its UK headquarters in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.
The fully accredited CPCS Training School is now open for business and has been created specifically to provide certified compliance for lifting operations and lifting equipment requirements in accordance with British Standards for the safe use of cranes.

A fully accredited CPCS Training School is now open
Liebherr's CPCS Training School is staffed by fully qualified and experienced instructors offering a comprehensive range of statutary and tailor-made programmes.
Courses range from basic operations to planning and managing complex lifting projects and involves both classroom and real-life, hands-on experience and assessment on a specially constructed crane proving ground.

The courses are run by fully qualified and experienced instructors
The school has its own dedicated 30 tonnes capacity mobile all-terrain crane exclusively for use during the practical aspects of training courses.
The Training School delivers approved qualifications and assessments in the following categories:-
- Intermediate Construction Training (ICT)
- National Vocational Qualification (NVQ)
- Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS)
