First Liebherr LTM 1110-5.1 for Roxu
Spanish crane and access rental company Grúas Roxu has taken delivery of the first 110 tonne LTM 1110-5.1. The company was the first to order the new crane, signing the order on the Liebherr stand at Bauma last year.
The five axle LTM 1110 features a 60 metre main boom topped by a 10.8 to 19 metre bi-fold lattice swingaway extension. Two additional inserts between the boom nose and the extension take it to 33 metres, for a maximum tip height of 97 metres. Features include the company’s VarioBase Plus technology which uses its VarioBase variable outrigger setup system with wider outriggers at the rear of the crane for increased capacities. It can also be configured for travel with axle loads of 10, 12 or 16 tonnes.
