Dinolift expands
Production at Finnish trailer-mounted platform specialist Dinolift is on the increase. Last year the company built about 500 units, delivering its 5,000th Dino during the summer. This year the company hopes to double annual production to more than 1000 units, delivering its 6,000th unit in the process.
To meet this increase in production, a new 3,500 sq m extension to the present main facility is being built, resulting in a total of 18,000 sq m.

The new extension being built
Dinolift now has a total of three factories - its main facility in south east Finland which has two production units and a third through the acquisition of a smaller company. Total revenues in 2006 exceeded €20 million.
Despite this expansion Mikael Paulin, Dinolift sales and marketing director emphasised that the quality of the product is still very important.

A heavy investment in equipment maintains quality
The company is looking to new export markets including North and South America - in co-operation with Haulotte - and to Eastern Europe, particularly the growing Russian market.
As well as its trailer machines, Dinolift has two self propelled, articulated telescopic boom machines with outriggers.
Look out at Bauma for a new model.
