World's biggest mini crane?
Unic Cranes Europe is planning to launch the world's biggest mini crane at Bauma. With six tonnes at three metres lift capacity and a hook height of 19.5 metres, the URW-706 is now the highest capacity crane in the Unic range.

Despite its lift capacity it is claimed that the unit is still able to gain access through a standard double doorway.
The 706 also features a three metre long, self-stowing fly jib, another first for a mini crane, together with an optional searcher hook.
It would appear that the Unic URW-706 will regain the 'biggest mini crane' title from the Maeda MC405CRM launched last October. The Maeda has a maximum lift capacity of just under four tonnes and when launched usurped the Unic 506 to take the title.
More detailed specifications of the Unic 706 will be given when available.
