24 JCB scissors for Bella

UK rental and sales company Bella Access has started taking delivery of 24 JCB slab electric scissor lifts.

Part of a fleet expansion programme, the order comprises 22 19ft S1930Es and two 26ft S2632E. The S1930E offers a working height of 7.8 metres, a platform capacity of 230kg and an overall width of 762mm. The larger S2632E offers a working height of 10.1 metres, a platform capacity of 250kg and an overall width of 820mm. Both units are rated for two occupants when working indoors, while the S1930E allows for single person when working outside.

Jason Dalmas, Bella Access managing director, said: “The bounce back from Covid really started in May and gathered momentum in June, with July and August giving us consecutive record months. We have a strong order book for the rest of the year so it only seemed right to increase the fleet in the electric range as we were cross hiring a high amount. We are looking at other fleet additions with more announcements to be made over the next 12 months. This is all part of our vision of becoming a one stop shop for all of our clients old and new.”
