Tracked scissors from Sinoboom

Sinoboom launched two new battery powered tracked scissor lifts - the 12ft 0407ET and 39ft 1215ET - alongside a number of new and recently launched models at the China International Construction Equipment Exhibition (CICEE) last week.

Weighing just 950kg, the 0407ET offers a working height of 5.8 metres with a 240kg platform capacity. It offers an overall stowed width of 780mm, a length of 1.51 metres and a height of 1.7 metres with its handrails folded down. Power comes from a 24 volt battery pack with electric drive motors for the tracks.

The compact 0407ET tracked scissor lift

The larger 1215ET offers a working height of 13.8 metres with a 320kg platform capacity. Weighing 3,200kg, it offers an overall stowed width of 1.6 metres, a length of 2.86 metres and a height of just over two metres with the guardrails folded. Power comes from a 48 volt battery pack and it features single touch automatic outrigger levelling. Gradeability on both units is 30 percent.

The 0407ET in front of the larger 1215ET tracked scissor lift

The company also introduced a larger 120ft TB36C telescopic boom lift designed for the shipyard market - which joins the 86ft TB26C launched last year - along with two new 'Plus' models which offer increased platform capacities. The 45ft 1414E Plus electric scissor lift and the 85ft TB26EJ Plus electric boom lift now offer platform capacities of 350kg and 340kg respectively.

It also showcased a number of models launched at bauma China. These included its 12ft 0407SE and 18ft 0607SE slab electric scissor lifts, its lithium-ion powered 39ft 1212E scissor lifts and its battery powered 53ft 1623RE Rough Terrain scissor lift.
