New VP's at JLG

JLG has announced the promotion of three individuals in the service, warranty and training area.

Chris Mellot becomes vice president of customer assurance, responsible for the customer contact centres along with the training and warranty groups for North America. Mellott began his career with JLG in 1995 and has held various customer service roles.

Brent Yohn is promoted to vice president of field sales and service for North America. In his new position, Yohn is responsible for all sales and service activities through JLG’s North American regional distribution channels. He joined JLG in 1995, and has held various management positions in sales and service

Todd Truax

Todd Truax has been appointed to the post of director of training he brings 12 years of sales and marketing experience in various positions at JLG. Most recently being general manager for the company’s mid-Atlantic ServicePlus facility.
