First US Pulseo scissor lift

US rental company Equipment Finders (EFI) has taken delivery of a 53ft Haulotte HS5390E Pro/ HS18E all electric Rough Terrain scissor lift, the first of the new Haulotte Pulseo scissor lifts to be delivered in North America.

The first Haulotte Pulseo scissor to be delivered in the USA

Announced at the end of last year, (see: Haulotte unveils Pulseo scissors), the HS5390E - the HS18E in Europe - has an 18 metre working height and a maximum platform capacity of 750kg, rated for four persons and their tools. It was ordered with the dual roll out XL platform extension option, which provides a fully extended platform of 7.4 metres.

The 5390E/ HS18E can drive at an 11 metre platform height. Overall width is 2.3 metres, with an overall stowed length of 4.4 metres, while total weight is just over eight tonnes.

EFI was founded in 1996, and is based in Nashville, Tennessee and covers the central Tennessee region. Owner Scott Hatcher liked the machine so much that he immediately ordered a second unit. it follows the arrival of two Haulotte 132ft HT132RTJ Pro/ HT43RTJ Pro telescopic boom lifts late last year. The company runs a wide range of aerial lifts topped by a 180ft Genie SX-180 telescopic boom lift along with telehandlers.
