Padix goes Genie
Johan Claeys founder of Diksmuide based powered access company Padix took delivery of his first Genie Z135/70 today, taking his Genie fleet to 60 units.
Claeys established Padix two years ago and while the fleet is predominantly Genie, it also includes a number of Snorkels, Skyjack and Terex (Simon) units.

The Genie fleet includes Z34/22, Z45/25RT’s, four Z51/30 J RT, several Z60 and a Z80 plus a number of electric and Rough Terrain scissors.
Claeys says that he has taken to standardising on Genie, which he buys though local dealer Alift Michielsens, because “Why re-inventing the hot water ? My customers want Genie machines and I get good quality and service together with a good residual value”.
Today mr. Claeys took delivery of his new Z135/70 (see picture). During the hand-over of the keys mr. Claeys confirmed to allift’s Sales Manager Mike Van den Bosch that a second Z135/70 could be ordered soon.
