TVH to provide Sinoboom parts

Sinoboom Europe has signed a partnership agreement with international replacement parts specialist TVH.

The two companies formalised the agreement in a ceremony held on the Sinoboom stand at Vertikal Days this week.

The new agreement will see TVH provide a comprehensive spare parts supply service for all of the territories covered by Sinoboom Europe. The partnership was signed by Tim Whiteman chief executive of Sinoboom BV, and TVH senior vice president for Europe, Africa and the Middle East Kristof Bolle.

Bolle said: “We are pleased to confirm this partnership with Sinoboom BV. Their reputation in the access industry is growing, and we are glad to be able to add this brand to our listings of parts supplied.”

Whiteman added: “This partnership agreement is an important step in Sinoboom’s strategy. Our aim always is to provide a comprehensive and reliable service to our expanding customer base, and we recognise that for our customers, minimising machine downtime is a top priority. The efficient service TVH provides is well known throughout the industry, and this will further boost confidence in the Sinoboom brand and service.”

The partnership, which comes into effect from next month, does not cover warranty, which will still be handled directly by Sinoboom.
