Two new Kramer telehandlers
The Kramer division of Wacker Neuson has unveiled the new 1.45 tonne/4.3 metre 1445 ultra compact telehandler along with the mid range 3.6 tonne/9.5 metre 3610 telehandler.
Replacing the company’s 1245, the 1445 can take its 1.45 tonne capacity to its maximum lift height as well as manage 725kg at its maximum forward reach of 2.28 metres. It features the company’s quick-hitch system with mechanical locking as standard or it can be supplied with optional hydraulic locking/common quick coupler systems. An electronic parking brake with hill hold function and all wheel co-ordinated steering come as standard, while front wheel and crab steering are optional. It can also be fitted with low-speed control and hand throttle, as well as up to four different operating modes.

The new 1445 replaces the company's 1245 and is now the smallest model in its range
Power comes from either a Stage V Yanmar engine or a more powerful 45hp version that features a catalytic converter and particulate filter. Overall width is 1.56 metres, with an overall height of 1.99 metres and an overall length of 3.94 metres or 2.97 metres with its bucket/forks removed. It also offers a low entry cab height of just 400mm. Weighing 2,750kg, the 1445 is the smallest telehandler in the company’s range.

The 3610 offers lift capacities of 3.6 tonnes and lift heights of 9.5 metres
The 3610 can take its 3.6 tonne maximum capacity to a height of 4.6 metres and out to 1.8 metres, while it offers a maximum forward reach of 6.5 metres. Weighing 8.2 tonnes, the 3610 offers an overall stowed length just over five metres without forks, and an overall width of 2.28 metres. The standard cab provides a height of 2.31 metres, while an optional raised version provides a height of 2.49 metres.
Power comes from a Stage V Deutz diesel which offers travel speeds up to 40km/h. Features include the company’s ‘Smart Handling’ and intelligent overload protection systems, an automatic boom stow function and its EquipCare telematics system.
Kramer’s range of construction telehandlers now runs to 12 models, with lift heights from 4.3 to 9.5 metres and lifting capacities from 1.45 to 5.5 tonnes.
