Two new Brontos for Eyzee

UK-based Eyzee Cleaning Solutions has purchased two new Bronto truck mounted platforms, a 38 metre S38XDT and another 47 metre S47XR.
The 38 is due for delivery in June, while the 47 is not scheduled to arrive until May 2023. Service and product support will be provided by Bronto Skylift’s service partner, CPS Lift.

The S47XR has a maximum outreach of 26 metres, with an up & over height of 15 metres, and reach below ground level of nine metres. Platform capacity with the hydraulically extendible basket is 600kg and the unit will include the Bronto 5+ control system. The lift will be mounted on a Volvo 4×2 FE left hand drive chassis with sleeper cab.

The S38XDT has a working height of 38 metres, 27 metres of outreach with an up & over height of 10.5 metres and below ground level reach of seven metres. Platform capacity is 600kg, with the hydraulic basket and 180 degrees of rotation. It will be mounted on the same chassis to the 47. Eyzee has specified a number of options for both units which include platform floor heating, a camera pod in front of the platform, radio remote controls for boom movements and full colour reversing camera with display screen in the cab.

Eyzee Cleaning/S&R Access platforms Bronto

The Essex-based company was started by Steven Smith in 2015 with just a small van and basic window cleaning equipment covering a small local area. As the business grew, he purchased his first aerial work platform, a second hand 34 metre Bronto S34MDT, and with the ability to tackle more substantial work the business expanded rapidly. This led him upgrading the old S34MDT to a brand new Bronto S47XR and to set up a rental business S&R Access platforms to offer it out to others when not in use. Today Eyzee Cleaning Solutions employs 15 fully trained window cleaners working on a wide variety of office buildings, apartments and stadiums across London.

Smith said: “With a lot of determination by myself and the support of my team with their consistent hard work and expertise, Eyzee Cleaning Solutions is now a well established company. With our high standard of cleaning, we now include our work platforms to achieve the highest quality results and have been able to extend our services to gutter cleaning and facade cleaning. We now cover all aspects of window and facade cleaning from commercial to domestic premises. No job is too big or too small.”
