Comet confirms UK distribution

Italian truck mounted lift manufacturer Comet has confirmed its distribution agreement with Hydraulic Platform Services for the UK, following their participation at Vertikal Days last month.

Hydraulic Platforms Services is based in Tiverton, Devon, and owned and managed by Richard and Wendy Wood, it will now handle the installation, sale and service of Comet platforms across the UK, The company is currently completing a new assembling facility in Stockport where it will install the new van mounted X Spear platforms, which currently includes 10,12 and 14 metre models.

The two companies made their first appearance at Vertikal Days Gabriele Valli of Comet said: “We are very honoured and happy to present this collaboration which was baptised during the last Vertikal Days.”
