Kiloutou integrates Kiloutou

French International rental group has integrated the Kiloutou Wiesecker Werkzeugvermietung GmbH business into Kiloutou Deutschland, almost two years to the day after it completed the acquisition of the business in 2020. See: Kiloutou acquires Wiesecker Werkzeugvermietung

In a letter to its customers the company said: "With Kiloutou as your business partner, you have the concentrated potential of Europe's third largest equipment rental company at your disposal in the background, with the largest offer on the market, which includes around 1,000 references and over 250,000 machines. Together with the experience that has grown over decades and the recognised leading level of competence at the Gießen location, this will become the performance centre for the rental of tools, containers, earthmoving and construction machinery in Hesse.”

The name change and corporate integration came into force at the start of the month, with customers alerted to the fact that the only thing required of them was to change the bank account details for their payments.

Kiloutou Deutschland currently operates from 14 locations in Germany have started in Hamburg with the acquisition of Starlift in 2016.
