HWS expands again
HWS the Leiden based access rental specialist drove the first pile of its new 6,000 square metre head office last week. At the same time the company confirmed that it has spent €6 million on over 200 new lifts to supplement its fleet.

The new premises are located on the “Klei Oost” industrial park in Noordwijk, close to its current location where it was founded some 30 years ago.
The new facility includes offices on three floors, totalling 1,090 square metres, a workshop of approximately 760 square metres, a storage warehouse of around 720 square metres and a yard of over 3,500 square metres.

Plans of the new building
The building is scheduled to be completed by the end of November and will cost €3.5 million.
The new fleet investment includes170 JLG lifts and telehandlers from local distributor, Riwal. Deliveries have already started and will run through early 2008. The order includes the 43 metre JLG1350SJP.
Other units ordered include Niftylift self propelled booms and trailer mounts, Teupen spiders and trailer mounts, Holland-lift wheeled and crawler mounted scissor lifts, Up-Right and UpRight Speed Levels.
