Falcon to supply Sinoboom
Chinese aerial lift manufacturer Sinoboom and Danish spider lift manufacturer Falcon have confirmed a new OEM partnership agreement.
The deal follows a trial period during which Falcon has supplied a number of its spider lifts as Sinoboom badged machines for sale in China. Sinoboom ‘dipped its toe’ into the spider lift market a good few years ago with its own machines, but soon realised that this was very much a specialist market and that a partnership with an experienced manufacturer was a better route. And none come with more experience that Falcon which as Falck Schmidt invented the spider concept.

We understand that Sinoboom has already sold at least 10 Sinoboom Falcons, mostly 43 and 52 metre models, to rental companies in China which has encouraged the two partners to extend to agreement worldwide, excluding North America and Denmark.
The new agreement was signed at bauma in Munich yesterday, initially the machines will simply be Sinoboom branded versions of Falcon’s standard products, but that could change in the future with Sinoboom adding in addition features or points of difference.
