Ainscough expands Leyland business park
Ainscough properties has announced new plans to expand its forty-five acre Leyland Business Park at Centurion Way, Leyland.
A further 175,000sq.ft of industrial and commercial buildings will be added to the existing 450,000sq.ft development. The five year development will cost over £20million.
The first phase will create an improved entrance and spine road followed by the construction of a new workshop, offices and depot facility for Ainscough Crane Hire and Ainscough Training Services.

Martin Ainscough, chairman of Ainscough Properties said:
“When we purchased this site in 2003 from Dunlop Hiflex it was inevitable that there would be a gradual reduction in rubber manufacturing on the site. The Business Venture Group were already renting and managing the offices on the site and we took the decision to award them the contract to manage the whole of the site on our behalf".
