New Belgian dealer for CTE
Italian aerial lift manufacturer CTE has appointed Key-Tec as its truck mounted lift distributor for Belgium.
Key-Tec will sell and support both CTE Zed and B-Lift truck mounted model ranges, throughout the country but will not handle the CTE Tracess spider lift products, as it already offers CMC spider lifts. Other products include Manitou telehandlers and aerial work platforms and Case construction equipment. The two companies have been discussing a partnership since last year, when Key-Tec managers visited CTE headquarters as part of an evaluation and research programme it conducted before choosing a supplier.
The company was established in 1996 and is based in Moerbeke- between Antwerp and Ghent on the northern border with the Dutch province of Zeeland. It employs 50 in total, including 25 technicians and nine sales staff. The company has launched its new partnership by taking an 18 metre B-Lift 18 HV Evo and Zed 20.4 HN into stock, both are mounted on Iveco Daily chassis. The ‘CTE Academy’ has also organised onsite technical training on both models.
