CTE adds to German network

Italian truck mounted and spider lift manufacturer CTE has appointed ATG Lift as its new distributor for Germany, covering southern Germany for the ZED, MP and B-Lift truck mounted platforms and all of Germany for the CTE Traccess spider lift range.

ATG Lift, which is based in Bietigheim-Bissingen near Stuttgart, will provide sell and support all new products, but also provide parts and service for all CTE machines within its territory. The partnership was finalised at APEX last week in Maastricht.

ATG was established in 2000 as Stapler-Rent 2000 to sell, rent and support fork lift trucks, changing to Staplerwelt Süd in 2016 after selling its rental business to Zeppelin. The newly renamed company then focused on sales of new and used machines as dealers for Merlo telehandlers, Genie aerial work platforms and Ausa Rough Terrain forklifts. At the start of last year, it changed its name to ATG in order to better reflect the product types, it now focuses on.

CTE export manager Massimo Franceschi said: “We are very excited to welcome ATG Lift as our partner, with a strong outstanding technical assistance, commercial support and well known in their business area. I’m proud to start this collaboration with them because they’re strong with commercial activities and service support. ATG Lift is a young team, very well appreciated in the field.”

ATG Lift owner Andreas Konstantin added: “By adding CTE truck mounted and spider lifts to our portfolio, we are closing a gap in our product range, enabling us to provide our customers with a complete range of access equipment. The extensive and high quality CTE products have convinced us, and we look forward to working with them.”
