More Multitels for OneFifty
UK cleaning specialist OneFifty has purchased two new Multitel truck mounted platforms, a 25 metre MZ 250 and a 35 metre MZ350.
The company was established in 2013 as The Jet Washing Company by Andy and Max Morris, when they decided that having been employed in the commercial cleaning industry for most of their careers, they felt that they could do it better themselves.
Having taken the decision they invested in an innovative pressurised steam cleaning system, which was significantly more efficient than the chemical and cold water systems used in the UK at that time. As the business began to grow they spotted an opportunity to expanded into larger and more complex jobs and in 2018 they adopted the trading name of OneFifty. By 2021 they realised that their use of truck mounted platforms warranted a look at buying their own lift and chose a 25 metre MZ 250.

A typical façade cleaning application for the company’s platforms
Based in Bristol, the company now has seven full time employees covering south west England. The company also has a regular team of freelance employees that it can call on to boost its workforce during busy periods. Its services are employed by a range companies in the construction, education, commercial, healthcare, and industrial sectors - with most orders coming from property owners and facility managers.
Max Morris said: "We chose the Multitel MZ250 for its ease of use and versatility. It is so compact that it can fit in a standard car parking space and in areas with limited or narrow access. The excellent outreach, even at high levels, allows our operators to access and clean even the most challenging and hard to reach outdoor surfaces. We consider the MZ250 to be the best in class in terms of reach, and the fact that it is light enough to meet the 3.5 tonne weight limit also allows it to be driven on a standard UK driving licence. We have been very pleased the two Multitel MZ250 platforms that we have purchased to date and are looking forward to testing out the capacity of the MZ350 on larger more complex projects in the new year. We have found the Multitel sales team to be very supportive, responding quickly and effectively to any questions we had. We are serious about continuing to grow our business and would definitely consider purchasing another platform from Multitel Pagliero.”
