Australian rental company Clennett Hire has taken delivery of its second 5.5 tonne/19 metre Magni TH5.5-19P straight frame telehandler, with a HTH10.10 10 tonne/10 metre heavy duty fixed frame and a couple of 6 tonne/26 metre RTH6.26 - 360 degree models - due to arrive over the next couple of weeks. The units were supplied through Magni’s distributor for Australia – AllLift.

Clennett has also taken delivery this week of a new 150ft Genie SX-150 straight telescopic boom lift. The company said that it chose the unit for its articulating jib which offers up to 60 degrees of rotation - roughly 30 degrees each side of the boom, in addition to its 135 degrees of articulation and 160 degrees of platform rotation, a feature which is unique to the Genie model at this size boom lift.

Based in Laverton North, on the west side of Melbourne, Victoria Clennett Hire was originally established by Will Clennett and Saar Alfasi to service the Tasmanian market where it has three locations - Hobart, Launceston and Devonport. Today it runs an extensive fleet of aerial work platforms of all types, including many niche and specialised products as well as telehandlers and other equipment. It will also purchase specialist models for customers that request them. All of its equipment is painted in its unique white and blue livery.
