UK builders supply and rental group Travis Perkins has appointed Adam Caulfield as managing director of Travis Perkins Hire.
Caulfield joins the company from Sunbelt Rentals UK, where he was national sales director for the past three years.
He began his career in 1992 with Disney in Florida and spent most of his career in the food sector, working as a restaurant manager with McDonalds for five years, followed by sales and regional manager roles with food and beverage supplier Brakes, Coca Cola, Pelican Rouge and Berendsen, before changing tack completely in 2017 when he joined rental group HSS as managing director. After two years in the role he moved to Wolseley Infrastructure, leaving to return to the rental market and Sunbelt at the end of 2020.
