German crane aerial lift manufacturer Paus has appointed Australian rental, sales and manufacturing company Elquip to distribute its mining and tunnelling related products, including platforms, heavy trucks and graders.

Established in 1996, Elquip is based in the Silverwater suburb of Sydney in New South Wales, Elquip distributes a range of equipment largely, but not exclusively targeted at mining and tunnelling contractors, and maintains an engineering team that can modify or customise standard equipment to suit specific applications.

Paus said: “Elquip has a history of working with customers to develop equipment and technologies which create improvements and benefits in safety and efficiencies at the workplace. Not every job or jobsite can use a standard product or service, often something special or unique is required, Elquip has the experience and ability to help customers solve such problems.”
