Anglo Irish rental company Cork Crane Hire has taken delivery of its second 120 tonne Liebherr LTM 1120-4.1.
The four axle crane features a seven section 66 metre main topped by a 10.8 to 19 metre bi-fold swingaway extension. A seven metre extension can be added for a maximum tip height of more than 94 metres with a maximum radius of 64 metres. The crane is equipped with VarioBase variable outrigger set up and monitoring, and VarioBallast adjustable counterweight.
Company owner, Patrick Mulvihill said: “We are delighted to welcome a second LTM 1120-4.1 to our fleet. The 120 tonne four axle crane has impressive capabilities despite being on four axles and can work where five-axle cranes with corresponding logistics would otherwise be needed.”
Established in 2005, Cork Crane Hire is based in Widnes, Chesire with a second depot in Cork, Ireland. It runs a fleet of All Terrain cranes ranging from 35 to 300 tonnes, mobile self-erecting tower cranes and a truck crane operating within the construction, marine and energy sector.
