InspHire's ‘pay-by-link’

Rental software supplier inspHire has integrated a ‘pay-by-link’ feature into its software.

The ‘pay-by-link’ system allows businesses to send a link to customers via email allowing them to make a payment through a secure link which is ideal for applications where orders and payments regularly occur remotely.

The method eliminates the security risks associated with customers providing card details over the phone and can be utilised in different scenarios, for example if a customer needs to pay a deposit for equipment. According to the company, it also speeds up the process and increases payment success rates.

Established in 1997, inspHire is part of the Kerridge Commercial Systems group. It employs 112 at offices in Nottingham in the UK and Utrecht, Netherlands.
