Dutch spider and mini pick & carry crane manufacturer Hoeflon has appointed Crowland Cranes as its UK distributor, trading as Hoeflon UK-Crowland.
The company will be responsible for new cranes sales as well as the provision of replacement parts and technical service for all Hoeflon cranes in the UK. The move follows the split with its previous distributor Foster Cranes in February.
Andy Cahill has also returned to Crowland Cranes as sales manager having briefly worked with Manitowoc before moving to Foster Cranes last year departing after Hoeflon and Fosters split.
Cahill said: “We are delighted to sign this agreement with Hoeflon and be confirmed as an official UK dealer for the complete Hoeflon product range, parts and service.”

We have the complete product range of cranes in stock at the Hoeflon UK facility in Peterborough, with a purpose built demonstration area. This will allow customers to visit, view & operate the machines in a secure and safe environment.”

Crowland cranes is based in Peterborough and can trace its roots back to 1973. It is also official dealer of Ormgi, Terex, Zoomlion and Manitowoc cranes. The company provides a full range of major crane repair, service, overhaul and rebuilds, while also offering more routine maintenance and repair services along with providing replacement parts.
