UK rental company King Lifting has taken delivery of a 230 tonne LTM 1230-5.1 All Terrain crane, the fifth unit in a six crane deal.
The five axle LTM 1230-5.1 is equipped with an eight section 75 metre main boom, and can be topped by an 11.5 to 20 metre bi-fold swingaway extension that offsets by up to 40 degrees. Up to three, seven metre inserts can also be added between the boom nose and swingaway for a maximum tip height of 113 metres with the main boom at 68 metres.

The order also includes two 60 tonne LTM 1060-3.1s, one 90 tonne LTM 1090-4.2 and two 150 tonne LTM 1150-5.3s.
The two 60 tonners were delivered in March along with the 90 tonne LTM 1090-4.2. One of the 150 tonne LTM 1150-5.3s has also arrived with the second unit scheduled for delivery in the coming weeks. All units have been delivered with Liebherr’s refinery kit, and Variobase outrigger set up and monitoring
