The new Omega lift facility in De Lier

The new facilities will be officially opened on September first with an open day celebration. The facility comprises

- An assembly Hall
- A welding and fabrication hall
- A service and repair workshop
- A rental machine storage area
- A parts and new machines warehouse

The facility is intended to house the production facilities for Omega and HTN scissor lifts, a new HTN rental fleet and a logistics and support operation for other manufacturers.

Omega had agreed to provide the European logistics support for Snorkel prior to that company’s acquisition by Tanfield. This deal is unlikely to go ahead now that Tanfield is merging Upright and Snorkel brands in Europe.
