A man was electrocuted in Madrid, Spain, last week after contacting an overhead power line while working from a boom lift.
The incident occurred on Wednesday October 2nd at the Palacio de Aldovea in Torrejón de Ardoz on the east side of Madrid. Man , 56, was working from a 60ft articulated Haulotte HA20 RTJ boom lift from the Uping rental fleet, when he moved too close to a high tension overhead power line and suffered a massive electric shock that ended his life.
The emergency services were seen inspecting the boom lift, which oddly seemed unaffected by the incident.
