Crane and off road tyre supplier Magna Tyres Group has promoted Hein de Wind to chief commercial officer, he was previously commercial director.
His new responsibilities include developing the group's global commercial strategy while strengthening customer relationships.

He began his career in 1999 as sales manager for Private Tools International leaving after seven years to become account manager for fashion company Hip Shoe Style. In 2011, he moved to Universal Tyre trading as director of business development leaving for Magna in 2012 where he started out as sales manager.
Chief executive Michael de Ruijter said: "Hein has been a cornerstone of our international growth over the past years. His in-depth industry expertise, commercial acumen, and unwavering focus on customer value make him the ideal person to lead our commercial organisation."
