Jaston consolidates brands

The Jaston Groep the acquisitive Dutch scaffold and building equipment rental company is bringing all of the companies that it has acquired together under the WorkX banner.

Jaston group companies include: PR Verhuur, Cramo NL, AA Verhuurcentrale, Steimach, Amarent, HuurCenter, Bollen Verhuur, Roos Verhuur, Jaston Steigerbouw, DSS, Dokter Steigerbouw and Hi-Reach. They will now trade as WorkX.

The company was subject to a buy-in by Amsterdam based H2 Equity partners in May, shortly after it had acquired Cramo Netherlands.

In December Jaston picked up two additional businesses, Bollen Verhuur from the Bollen family and HuurCenter from Pontmeyer. HuurCenter had revenues of around €5.9 million and 12 locations. Bollen operated runs over 200 aerial lifts from a single location.

The latest two purchases takes the Jaston Groep.. or WorkX up to a total of 45 depots in the Netherlands with a number of scaffold and suspended platforms rental companies as well as around 600 aerial work platforms largely with Bollen, Cramo, HuurCenter and Hi-Reach.
